Stationary suspended separators are designed to eliminate tramp metal from the product carried by belt, vibratory feeders or inclined planes and are mainly used to protect machine such as Crushers, Shedders and others, to remove ferrous particles and purify products.

Use of stationary suspension type magnets is recommended for products with low contamination. These are available in Permanent Magnet or Electromagnet models and in varying degrees of strength. Electromagnet type provides impurity removal convenience by simply switching off the power.
